Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of gocoolac.shop (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by James Middleton Coaching Ltd, trading as GoCoolAC, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14343367), registered office at 3rd Floor, 28 Austin Friars, London, England, EC2N 2QQ ("we", "us", "our").
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.
1. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order through the Site is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order by email.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Minor variations between images and the delivered product may occur due to manufacturing updates. Technical specifications (voltage, cooling capacity, dimensions) are provided by the manufacturer and are correct for UK use (230V) unless otherwise stated.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched; you will be notified and given the option to cancel if a correction affects your order.
4. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details on processing and transit times.
5. Returns and Refunds
Our returns process is set out in full on our Returns & Refunds page. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
6. Warranty
All products sold on this Site are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your statutory rights. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair, or normal wear and tear.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of James Middleton Coaching Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
