Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch — 4–7 business days in total. Delivery is free anywhere in the UK.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not currently — we deliver to UK addresses only.

How do I know which unit is right for my room?

Each product page lists the recommended room size (in square metres) and cooling capacity (BTU) so you can match the unit to your space. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you choose.

Do your air conditioners need professional installation?

No — our portable units are designed for simple self-setup. Each comes with a window exhaust kit and full instructions, no installation appointment needed.

How loud are your air conditioners?

Noise levels (in dB) are listed on each product page. We choose units designed to run quietly enough for bedrooms and living spaces.

What's your returns policy?

You can return an unused, unopened unit within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

What warranty do I get?

Every unit includes a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

What if my unit arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a free return plus a replacement or full refund — return shipping is on us.
